Our history

“Redefining the Way Peru is Discovered and Experienced”

Peru Urbano was born from a bold vision: to break away from conventional tourism and create journeys that foster real connections with Peru’s history, culture, and people. We believe that meaningful travel isn’t just about visiting a place—it’s about feeling it, understanding it, and becoming part of its story.

Our team is made up of historians, anthropologists, archaeologists, biologists, and architects, ensuring that every tour is infused with depth, knowledge, and authenticity. We are not just guides; we are researchers, explorers, and cultural ambassadors, passionate about unveiling the hidden gems and untold stories of Peru.

But our mission goes beyond travel. We are committed to creating a positive impact—from collaborating with local communities and supporting Mother Pacha in empowering vulnerable groups, to promoting low-impact, sustainable travel through the use of public transportation and eco-friendly practices.

At Peru Urbano, we believe that travel has the power to educate, inspire, and create change—not just for the traveler, but for the communities that open their doors and hearts to us.
